Bio

Nick Rehberger recently appeared in Peter Morgan’s Patriots at the Barrymore Theater on Broadway, directed by Rupert Goold.

He starred as Laertes in Kenny Leon’s Shakespeare in the Park production of Hamlet at the Delacorte Theater (“In Nick Rehberger’s rendering of Laertes, the character’s grief, fury and forgiveness all ring true,” Jesse Green, New York Times). The broadcast of the production is now available on PBS Great Performances.

Previously on Broadway, Nick played Fyedka in Bartlett Sher’s revival of Fiddler on the Roof and stood by for Zachary Quinto and Brian J. Smith in John Tiffany’s production of The Glass Menagerie. Regionally, he has been seen as Pierre in Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (PCLO), The Sheriff of Nottingham in Hood (Asolo Rep), Robert Martin in The Drowsy Chaperone (FPAC), Fitzwilliam Darcy in Pride and Prejudice (St. Louis Rep), and Will Shakespeare in Shakespeare in Love (Chicago Shakespeare Theater). Screen credits include “Girls,” “The Other Two,” and “The Deuce” on HBO, “FBI: Most Wanted,” “The Equalizer,” and “Elementary” on CBS, “Gotham” on FOX, and the films I Am Michael, Thirdy, and Ventriculus. He is a proud graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama.

Coaching

Currently available to help private students with audition preparation for theater, on-camera auditions/self-tapes, as well as dialect and accent training. As a teacher, he has worked with Franklin School for the Performing Arts, Broadway Artists Alliance, and The Studio for Performing Arts in New Canaan.
